Who is this online falls prevention program for?
SeniorStrong is suitable for any senior looking to increase their strength, balance and mobility or looking to decrease their risk of falling.

What equipment do I need for the program?
Just a chair and your body!
You can follow the program on any device that has access to the internet such as your mobile phone, tablet, computer or TV.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the program each week?
Each exercise class is between 20 – 30 minutes and each education video is around 10 minutes each week.
We recommend that that complete each week’s exercise class twice for the best benefits!

How do I access the online program after I sign up?
Once you sign up, you can start the course from your account page!

What qualifications do the instructors have?
Scott is a Physiotherapist with nearly 15 years of experience supporting seniors!

What medical conditions may not be suitable for this program?
If you live with the following medical condition, you should discuss with your Doctor first before engaging in this program:
- uncontrolled blood pressure
- uncontrolled blood glucose levels
- heart or lung conditions where you have been advised to undertake supervised exercise only
