Seniors Exercise Program
At Community Therapy, we believe in helping older adults to live longer and better at home.
Our free Seniors Exercise Program is made possible by funding from the Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (the PHN) through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
The program entitles an older adult to:
- 12 group exercise classes facilitated by an Exercise Physiologist
- Telehealth support with a mid program and end of program check in
Group exercise classes are held at community locations across the Central Coast and Hunter.
