We are experienced in supporting approved aged care providers to meet the aged care standards and are well versed in supporting providers during accreditation visits.

Home Care Package, CHSP & STRC
We partner with all approved home care package, CHSP and STRC providers across our regions to support older adults to live longer and live better at home.
We work with providers to streamline allied health referral pathways and provide both individual and group based allied health services.
Our policies and procedures, clinical documentation and service delivery are aligned with the aged care quality standards. This ensures that we are able to provide highly evidence based allied health services in a manner that adheres to the aged care quality standards.
We are solely focused on the provision all allied health services to older adults and people living with disabilities and this shines through in the expertise of our team.
We have strong quality and compliance systems which includes our state of the art human resources software which ensures all clinician compliance documents, such as criminal record checks, insurances and vaccinations, are never out of date.
Residential Aged Care
We have extensive experience partnering with Residential Aged Care Providers to support residents with allied health services.
We partner with residential aged care providers to provide ongoing allied health services.
When we partner with providers, we ensure consistent scheduling and consistent clinicians to ensure continuity of clinical care and support to residents.
We have extensive experience with the ACFI and are currently supporting providers to transition their allied health programs to the AN-ACC with an increased focus on reablement and restorative care approaches.
Our residential aged care providers are supported by weekly Physiotherapy services and on demand Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Dietetics
We also provide on site manual handling training for our residential aged care providers and their teams.

In what ways do you help aged care providers with compliance?
As a company, we are experienced in adhering to the Aged Care Quality Standards across residential care and also across our partnerships with community aged care providers.
We are experienced in using all types of clinical documentation software within residential aged care, including icare, manad, leecare, ecase and many more.
We provide our community aged care providers with reports and progress notes from every clinical visit.

What size organisations do you primarily partner with?
We partner with all types of organisations, from small standalone providers, not for profit, community-owned organisations to large for-profit organisations.
There is no minimum or maximum size of the organisation that we can offer services to.

Does Community Therapy have an organisational structure?
Yes, we have a defined organisational structure and we are happy to provide this to organisations if required.

What are the relationships between Community Therapy staff and partner organisation staff?
One of our core values is community, which is inline with our name, Community Therapy.
Part of this value is becoming part of our partner organisations community, to become an asset for them. We don’t consider ourselves a contracted team, rather, an integral part of that organisation.
