Community Therapy is a provider of NDIS healthcare services to the residents of Tuggerah on the Central Coast.
We are a mobile provider and visit people in their own homes to deliver excellent service, aligning with people’s goals and listening deeply to their needs.
Our clinicians see people in the comfort of their home whether that be a freestanding house, apartment or a supported independent living property.
In addition to in-home services, we also help people access the community and build their skills in engaging with activities of daily living, such as traveling to and shopping at Tuggerah.

NDIS Healthcare Services Available
NDIS Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapists empower individuals with disabilities through expert, in-home therapy. NDIS-funded physiotherapy addresses mobility, strength, flexibility, and supports independence with tailored exercises—all within the comfort of home.
NDIS Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists offer comprehensive support, including initial NDIS assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, assistance with daily living, home modifications, and equipment prescription.
They also coordinate additional supports, from carer arrangements to community access.
NDIS Speech Pathology
We provide 1:1 therapy to address speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, helping individuals improve communication, engage in meaningful interactions, and achieve personal goals.
NDIS Exercise Physiology
Our Exercise Physiologists design and implement engaging routines to enhance physical fitness, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall function, empowering participants to achieve greater independence and wellbeing.
Massage Therapy
Community Therapy offers mobile Remedial Massage Therapy services to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from surgery/hospitalisation.
We partner with home care providers and accept private referrals.
Therapy Assistant
Therapy Assistants, also known as Allied Health Assistants, hold a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or are undergraduate Allied Health students.
They work alongside your Allied Health Professionals—such as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, or Dietitians—to support your therapy program and help you achieve your goals.
Am I Eligible for Community Therapy’s Services?
Community Therapy provides healthcare to paediatrics, adults, and older adults who are living with a disability. We work with
- NDIS participants (from early intervention to adults over 18)
- Homecare package recipients
- Private paying clients

Susan, who has managed Polymyositis for over 20 years, is excited to upgrade from her outdated wheelchair to one that suits her needs better.
Anna will work closely with Susan during the trial process, exploring different options and ensuring Susan’s feedback is heard. Trials can be conducted at home or at the equipment provider’s store, based on what works best for Susan.
